Great serviceThis review is only for the auto booking: I was skeptic at first, was having some issues with the app and the shortcut app. I thought maybe it's not worth it or is a scam but they actually book the tests for you, its 100% recommended. I'm not happy with the customer service though, I sent a few emails and never heard back. That can be improved hence 4 stars. Other than that it works and not much to complain about.
100% worth the moneyIt took a couple weeks because I wanted a test in a busy test centre but it automatically booked a test for me in three weeks when the RSA estimated I'd be invited to book a test in 5 months. 100% worth the money and the support is great.

What is the best way to use the app?
The best way to use the app is to enable automatic login and search for tests at the start of each day. This will allow you to search for tests for the entire day without having to go back to the app so that if any tests are found during the day, then they are booked for you.
Do I have to join the waiting list?
In order to book a test with the app, you must join the waiting list on the RSA website. This will allocate an €85 credit to your account which we will use to book a test. You can check if you are in the waiting list on the RSA website by going to the "My Credits" page. If it says that you have an "available service credit" then that means that you are in the waiting list and you are eligible to book a test with the app.
Is there a 15 day cool-off period?
Yes, the RSA only allows users to book tests once 15 days have passed since their most recent test.
What happens after I have started looking for tests?
After you have started looking for tests, any tests that are found that match your chosen dates and test centres will be automatically booked for you.
Do I have to click on tests to book them myself?
If you are searching for tests in the auto-booking tab then you don't need to try to click on tests to book them manually, as any test slots will be booked for you automatically as long as you are searching for them on the auto-booking tab. You should avoid clicking on notifications or tests that pop up on the "Find Tests" tab as this will only increase the chances of being blocked by the RSA website.
How long can I search for tests?
The maximum time that you can search for tests is 2 hours. Enabling the automatic login feature will allow you to search for tests for the entire day.
What happens if no tests are found in this period?
If no tests are found during this period then you will receive a notification after a few hours telling you that you search has ended. In this case you need to restart your search in the app to continue looking for available tests. Enable automatic login to continue searching for tests for the entire day without having to go back to the app.
Why can I only select dates that are within the next 5 days?
The RSA only release test slots that are within the next 5 days.
What is a date range?
Any tests from your chosen test centres that are found that takes place between your start date and end date will be automatically booked for you.
Can I close the app after I have started looking for tests?
Yes, once you have started searching for tests, we will continue looking for tests on your behalf even if the app is closed.
How long does it take to book a test?
On average users can expect to book a test within 1-2 days after logging into the app every few hours. To book the a test as fast as possible, select many busy test centres. This will give you the best chance of finding an available test.
My RSA account has been rate limited/blocked. What should I do?
The RSA can block accounts if they detect over-use of the website from your device. To prevent this, you should avoid refreshing any pages on the RSA website and avoid opening the RSA website from both the app and your browser. To resolve this issue, the best solution is to wait 24 hours. Switching wi-fi network or using a VPN can also remove the block.
What should I do if my driving test has been cancelled?
If your test has been cancelled then the RSA will invite you to rebook directly within a few days. If you have not received an invitation from them within a week of your test being cancelled then contact customer support.
